The website noctusgame.com is published by Noctus studio. For any questions about your data: hello@noctusgame.com

2. Data collected

We only collect your email address when you sign up for our waitlist. No other personal data is collected (no tracking cookies, no user profiles).

Audience analytics tools (Google Analytics, Umami) are used to measure site traffic in an aggregated and anonymized manner.

3. Purpose of processing

Your email address is used exclusively to send you updates about the development of Noctus (updates, visuals, release date). It will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of GDPR), given when you signed up for the waitlist.

5. Data retention

Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, or for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with our communications.
